Weddings and celebrations in the Engadin: the villa as a venue

Weddings, private dinners and corporate events across the whole villa: up to 70 seats in the Ballroom, 50 guests in the Brasserie, thirteen rooms for your guests.

A private candlelit dinner at Villa Beaulieu

Villa Beaulieu can be taken as a whole for an occasion: a Ballroom seating up to 70, a Brasserie for up to 50 guests, a sun terrace above the lake for the apéro, and thirteen rooms where your guests simply stay the night. No shared foyer, no second wedding next door. For the evening, the villa is yours.

A whole villa rather than a function room

The difference from a hotel banqueting suite is fundamental. You are not renting a room but a villa of several rooms that work together.

The usual sequence: apéro on the terrace at Le Jardin, dinner inside as the evening cools, and afterwards the party moves into Le Bar, where the piano stands. Guests move through the villa instead of sitting on the same chair for four hours.

A party works when people move. Three rooms and a garden do more for an evening than any decoration.

Weddings by Lake St. Moritz

For a wedding in the Engadin there are few lovelier backdrops than the lake right outside the villa. The apéro on the sunny terrace, dinner inside, and a villa where your closest guests simply stay.

That is the practical advantage couples mention most: nobody has to find a taxi after dessert. The thirteen rooms and suites are one staircase above the party, and the morning after happens in the same villa.

Everything beyond the villa, from a photo stop by the water to a mountain railway for the group, we plan with you. Engadin St. Moritz is a good place to start.

Corporate gatherings and seminars

The villa works when nobody is getting married too. For companies the boardroom format with up to 16 seats is the most interesting: a seminar day with a lake view, lunch in the garden, dinner in the Ballroom in the evening.

Larger formats seat up to 70, for keynote dinners, product presentations and side events during the big St. Moritz weeks. No shared foyer also means no other brands in your photographs.

How an occasion comes together

  1. You write to us with a date, a rough guest count and your idea.
  2. We reply personally, usually the same day, with a first read on rooms and flow.
  3. We look at the villa together, on site or by video if you are not in the valley.
  4. We shape the kitchen, the rooms and the flow. The menu follows your occasion, not a banqueting catalogue.
  5. You celebrate, and we take care of the rest.

What the villa is not

Honesty saves both sides time. The villa is not a venue for 200 guests, not a villa with its own large-stage production kit, and not a place where three events run at once.

If you are planning a large celebration for several hundred people, the grand houses in town are the right address. If you want a villa to yourselves, with your guests sleeping in it, you are in the right place.
